• All new staff are given a comprehensive induction into the organisation which is relevant to their employment and job role. This induction will also be extended to staff on temporary contracts and consultants who are working with us on long term projects.

• All staff will be given the opportunity and support for further education and professional development where appropriate and within budget limitations.
